The Activator
He came to EHW with big ideas and a heart for his neighborhood. Here, he found leadership coaching, a community of support, and the space to turn those ideas into full-scale programs. And then, he turned around and poured that power back into Central — becoming one of the strongest voices for action, care, and accountability in his community.

Our Cultivator first found her voice at EHW — learning how to organize, mobilize, and step into her own leadership. Now she’s growing that same confidence in others, sowing seeds of strength in every space she enters.
