EHW helped the Lewis’ reduce indoor health hazards

The Plain Dealer, October 24, 2012 – The Lewis’ home is filled with asthma triggers such as, mold, cockroaches, pet dander and dust mites. During a recent visit to the Lewis’ home, Akbar Tyler with EHW educated the residents about how these triggers effect people who suffer with asthma; their youngest son was previously admitted to the hospital after having a very bad asthma attack.  EHW’s Warm and Healthy Homes of Cleveland project will allow some of these hazards to be address through home repairs.
